I hate the idea that I'd have to drive everywhere for anything. Even to get a can of soda. :(
But I get crazy and start walking along the highway just to keep the feeling of me walking in New York. :(
I spent a week in LA in November. I didn't like it much. Too much driving required. They don't even have a decent subway!
No, they don't. The subway scared me more than the NY subways. And NY is suppose to be scary, right? Well not to me, of course. Being that I'm a born and raised NYer. The train station was sort of shady too. I did like riding amtrak, though. It was comfortable. :)
