Dirty, Wet And Slippery

So I went to the gym on Saturday and today. Today I got up late, but managed to get a good work out without the kickboxing. So I stroll along on my way back home. Stop off at the shoe store and look around. Then get home to greet my dog, when I look over and there's water dripping from the sink. I run over and look and the floor is wet and dirty and the water is running right under the computer and plugs. I immediately unplug the system and shut it down. I was hoping that the water didn't damage the computer, cause I left it running while I was out.

Good news!! IT DIDN'T RUIN MY COMPUTER!! (phew)

Now I'm pissed. The water is coming up and so I run to the window and open it and pull out the bucket that's under the sink. I started to scoop up the water and out the window it went. I did this for an hour.

The super came up and saw the mess and called the repair guy. He shows up quick and snakes out my sink. I told him that I told Dominick to put a valve in so that the water didn't rise up here. He said yeah that I should have one in here. I knew what I was talking about. What is it? I'm girl and I don't know what I'm talking about. Did I not tell him over the phone that he should install one? Yes I did.

So my entire day was dirty. Dirty and wet. Dirty, wet and Slippery. Yes, yes it was. And now the computer is back on. The floor is clean and dry. The sink and counter are clean and the window is closed.

This was the second time that I left Booboo at home and there's a flood. My god. So the guy that was fixing the sink remembered coming over last time when the tub went nuts. Booboo was next to the bathroom behind a gate and could not get out. He ask if Booboo was swimming again. We all laughed. But if something were to happen to my dog, I would blow up the landlord's building.

Well now I'm going to run the tub and take a warm bubble bath. I think I deserve it. Don't you?
