Today was a better day. At least so far. I got up this morning feeling sexy and happy. Travel on the train was okay. I didn't hit anyone with my bags or push anyone. New Yorkers are cranky and I was craaaaankaaaaay on Monday night, going home.
Today my buddy and I went to the gym. The workout was great. Our kick boxing instructor was great. We worked out for 45 minutes straight. Non-stop. This guy even made us run 2 laps.
Later after class, I went up to him and told him that this class was awesome. And that running laps was a nice surprise and change. So then he said next week he'll make us run 10 laps. I hope I didn't just get myself into trouble now. :0 But either way, it was great.
My pants are falling down now. I had to buy a belt. I usually don't wear them, but I was getting tired of showing the crack of my asserlator. So belt it is...til I buy smaller pants. ;)

yeah, a good workout can really knock the bad stuff out of you. Have you tried Spinning? I was a Spinning instructor for years. I'm glad to hear you're feeling better.
Never tried spinning. They don't have that at my gym. I wouldn't mind trying that since I bike alot.
