Feeling bloated today. Yeah, as always. So I try not to think I have gained anything. But the last two weeks were not so great, having eaten alot of the "bad" stuff.
So today I'm going home and I won't go to the gym. My knee was stressing a bit last night, so the right thing to do is rest. I'll be busy tomorrow, so I'll hit the gym on sunday. So I put in two days this week, which is not good. Next week I hope to put in a good 4 days.
