So I went to the gym today. Did 40 minutes on the stairmaster and 30 on the treadmill. It's funny cause when I'm on the stairmaster, and when I start and say 10 minutes into it, another girl or two will come by and get on the other SM and quit after 5 minutes. They get off huffing and puffing. I keep going for 40 and then I stop. One time I did it for a 120 minutes. You would have thought I was on something. "My god. Just look at her stamina!" No juice here.
So today I did well. As long as I do this 4 times a week, I'm good.

My trainer used to have me eat two or three doughnuts before my actual workout.
As it turned out, he wasn't my trainer so much as a weird guy who followed me around with doughnuts.
