Every now and then, girls will ask me the same question. So this morning two girls at two different times ask me....
"How do you get your hair to stay so nice and look so good on a rainy day like today?" I gave her one of my fake smiles and said, "I wear a hat."

Clearly if it's raining out and you want your hair to stay nice. Just wear a hat. But girls want their hair to look nice on the train ride into work. Me, I don't care. I wear a hat and then at work I let my hair come down.
