Dumbass

So I called the mgmt office today. I was trying for the "cool Lani, be the nice person that you are" approach, but when she said that there wasn't anything in the system for me, I - well, I lost it.

So I snapped at her and said to her that I've been calling you since Septemeber about a number of things. And she had the nerve to say she didn't have anything on file!!

I took a moment and then snapped even louder. I made the girl next to me laugh. She said, "boy were you angry." And she was ready to jump on the phone and tell the lady, "OH YES SHE'S BEEN CALLING! I KNOW ALL HER COMPLAINTS!!" Lovely girl that she is. Well it's true, she does know about my complaints. She was with me when I got the urgent call that there was a flood hitting my apartment. I had to run home quick because Booboo was home and he was trapped and getting wet. My heart was racing as I was on the train. But before I got on the train, I called my folks to get there first and save my Booboo. So they got there first and 20 mins later, I got there. Booboo was wet and jumpy. Oh my poor baby.

Well, back to the office, I told the lady that I was tired of waiting on the wkends for no one to show up. And told her they all did a piss poor job of communicating. Long story short, I cursed like a sailor. It felt good.

The Outcome:

What's the outcome? I'm waiting to hear for a date this week for them to show up. I never had such problems with dumbasses before. Oh wait...yes I had problems with a dumbass before, yes. I had to beat the dumbass. Finally, the dumbass got the point, but the dumbass is still a dumbass. Dumbass.....

Anyway, I was hoping to raise her blood pressure up a bit, which I'm sure I did. Did my yelling pay off? We shall see.
