Muffin tops are everywhere these days. It's hard not to spot one. I see muffin tops everyday. But mostly on women. I do not have a muffin top, thank god. But I could be one just as easy as everyone else. How do you avoid having a muffin top?

Todd, I too am glad there is a name for it. Though I don't think muffin top is a good one because I wasn't sure what the muffin top was. I was like, but the top is not the problem. It's the waste.
Then it hit me when a muffin chick was walking along. Her hips are the botton part and going up you see her belly coming out over her pants and THAT'S the muffin top.
Duh...I then thought it was funny. But I think someone's got to work harder on naming it. I guess I can say, "I see a muffin."
And I see muffins every day.
I too can have a muffin, but I dress according to my body.
Oh no, did I say I have a muffin? NO I could have one if i dressed up wrong.
Dam it!!
