Gym 3rd week??

Did the gym today. The stairmaster, the treadmill and legs. It felt good. Losing some fat off my waist is important. Although it's not THAT bad. You might want to smack me if you saw me pointing to my waist. But I just feel I need to lose a bit more. No more than 10 pounds. Don't want to look sick. But it sure feels good to feel lighter and have your clothes fit better.

So I did 3 days this week. I'm not too sure if it's 4 days, but I can only remember 3 days. So that's good. Three is good, but 4 is better. Just as long as it's nothing less than 3 days. Or else it's not gonna work.
