Today I went to the gym. Spent two hours working out. Stretched for a good 20 minutes then hit the stairmaster for 30. After that I did a few weights and then hit the treadmill. It felt good after I finished. I just have to keep reminding myself this when I get to a day when I'm feeling tired and I start telling myself that I can't do it.
Before I started my workout, I got measured. I gained 5 pounds just as I said. No worries. My inches didn't come back too much. Just have to get my waste down to a 27. So now that it has been confirmed, I will say that my weight will be 130 to 135 by march. Let's say mid march. I mean, January is almost over. So lets say April 1st? No, mid march. I'll have to pick a date in March.
