Did the gym yesterday, but wasn't feeling so well. I didn't have the energy. The night before I had a bad headache and the next morning I was feeling worse and my right eye became swollen from it. Maybe the chest pains I had just ran me a bit slow yesterday, but I did a good hour or hour and a half. I wanted to do something. So I just did the treadmill for 15 the stair for 5....couldn't do the stairs as my heart was racing, and then I hit the weights. I did legs. I'm resting today and I hope to hit the gym on friday. Then maybe on sunday. But I'm going.
Getting to the gym is the toughest part. Don't let it frustrate you. Just do it.
