Earthlink Dumbasses

These mother @$%^&# suck! It takes a god dam hour to speak to a dumbass and then after that, you hold on for 30 minutes more only to get another dumbass on the line. They can't explain to you why you didn't get your skymiles, which is why I'm calling, and when they do they tell me I can't get the miles for another 6 months. WELL ASSHOLES....IT'S BEEN A YEAR! I WANT THEM NOW!!!

I wish they would use people that actually knew what they were doing. Putting me on hold to verify shit does not mean you know what you're doing. Most likely, they're bitting their nails trying to come up with a good reason....some crap to tell you so they can get to the next person who wants desperatly to join earthlink.

As I listen to all the choices, I can't seem to find the button that allows me to get an actual person. It seems that while you're upset, the menu changes on you so that they can piss you off even more. I think I'm in India now. As the person on the line sounds like she's from India and I hear others talking the same, along with Indian music.

So now I listened to 5 dumbasses at the end of my hour and a half and I hang up on the one girl who sounded like she could help. An American sounding chick. But no. She turned out to be a dumbass as well, making it a total of 6 dumbasses. So I call them back to get a manager, but that doesn't seem to work as she tells me they're all busy. Probably because there are so many people like me calling. So one girl, dumbass # 7, says she'll transfer me to rebates. But now I'm talking to dumbass #8 and she's got me on hold while she's getting another manager. But that doesn't work. So now the girl tells me that I should call back in 3 days, as she will bring this issue up with a manager.
