Blind Woman Litters

I was standing at the bus stop this morning and this blind lady was coming along with her dog. She stopped so that her dog could pee as she was blowing her nose. After she finished blowing her nose, she threw the tissue on the ground. The blind woman littered.

Is this okay? Should we allow this just because she is blind? So I thought, maybe she thought she was next to a garbage can?

After her dog stopped peeing, they started to walk. Then I thought..."Ha! She could not have thought a garbage can was there because she just walked through the area where she thought the garbage can was!" So I was led to believe that she did not care to know if one was there or not. She just littered.

I found myself fueling with anger, as I am against such disgrace. Our streets being littered by no good thugs, bums and blind people. How can this be? Should she be excused? No! Blind or not! You don't litter.

Maybe when I see her next time, I'll let her have it!
